NO PAIN, NO GAIN

Show me the body and I will tell you the pains the muscles have gone through.” This thought flashed through my mind recently and I thought of extracting some lessons out of it. The life we are living can be compared to a whole lot of things; an egg, air, smoke, grass, car and all the other things you can think of. What matters most is that you are able to associate and make a good comparison with any object.
For today, I want to make the comparison of life to the human body. After spending some few minutes thinking about “no pain, no gain”, I realized that the human body stood a great chance of being compared to life too. Life, in this context, refers to the general activities one carries out daily. Are you the type who wants to have a beautiful life? The kind of life where you are able to cater for the needs far beyond the basics, be happy and feel you have fulfilled the purpose of your life? Then, let us take this adventure together to figure out our way through this comparison.

Have you ever seen and adored someone’s body structure before? On the other hand, have you seen someone and wished you had the same life as the person? In my own opinion, it is nothing bad to adore the life of other people. In fact, this can even add up to boost your interest in making it in life (except you become jealous and do something bad). Apart from the situation where you decide to do nothing, you can always work out to build a nice and appreciative body…stay with me and let us make this comparison.

Lessons of Life

"7%"
Written by a 90 year old

This is something we should all read at least once a week!!!!!

Written by Regina Brett, 90 years old, of the Plain Dealer, Cleveland , Ohio .

"To celebrate growing older, I once wrote the 45 lessons life taught me. It is the most requested column I've ever written.

My odometer rolled over to 90 in August, so here is the column once more:

1. Life isn't fair, but it's still good.

2. When in doubt, just take the next small step.

3. Life is too short – enjoy it.

4. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends and family will.

5. Pay off your credit cards every month.

6. You don't have to win every argument. Stay true to yourself.

7. Cry with someone. It's more healing than crying alone.

8. It's OK to get angry with God. He can take it.

9. Save for retirement starting with your first paycheck.

The #HASHTAG

Have you realised the use of hashtags on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and the others? Do you know its significance aside being used for fun on these social media? Did you know that a lot of people only use hashtags for its highlighting feature? This, therefore, accounts to the abuse of hashtags...but...hey, do not worry. Get into the fun zone. Just that don't #spam #with #hashtags. Don't over-tag a single post or tweet. (Best practices recommend using no more than 2 hashtags per post or tweet.)

A hashtag is a word or an unspaced phrase prefixed with the number sign ("#"). It is a form of metadata tag. Words in messages on microblogging and social networking services such as TwitterFacebook, Google+ or Instagram may be tagged by putting "#" before them, either as they appear in a sentence (e.g "The weather is #hot")
